Occasionally, our team will catch potential photographer errors, at which time we will place a TEMPORARY HOLD on the order (pending resolution). A TPF representative will reach out to you via phone, email, or another platform to discuss the issue and offer resolution.
If we cannot successfully reach you or come to resolution within 2 weeks, your order will be ARCHIVED.
If we do not hear from you within 90 days, all archived orders will be deleted from our database. Any part of the order that has been produced will be discarded. We will NOT issue TPF CREDIT for any remaining balances.
